My real estate career began in Anchorage, Alaska as a personal assistant for a Top Producing Agent in a major firm.  In 1992, I moved to Florida and in 1993 became the co-owner and Broker of Record for Duffy's Realty Station, Inc.  It is my belief that whatever you do, you should do right by blending knowledge with outstanding ethics and respect for all involved.  I have been very active in our local Board of Realtors, serving as secretary, and then President of the Board.  Also, I am a member of the Englewood-Cape Haze, Boca Grande and Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce.  In addition, I serve on the Boca Grande Ladies Day Tarpon Tournament Committee and I am involved in numerous charity events in the area.  I also enjoy time with my four granddaughters, sea-dooing, fishing, golfing and strolling along our beautiful beaches.

Jeremy Cunningham

From there he went on to play college baseball in Orlando and eventually finished school in Gainesville Florida. He has been working at Duffy's since 2002.   Originally from Michigan, I've been spending time in Florida since I was a teenager. I've seen a tremendous amount of growth in this part of Paradise. I started my Real Estate career in Michigan and still hold an active Michigan
Real Estate Broker's License. I've enjoyed working at Duffy's since 1998.
I had a Broker Associate and Mortgage Brokers Licence. My previous business experience helps me to work with Real Estate Investors. One of the best parts of my job is showing customers our fishing, boating, sailing, golfing, and beaching

Libby Jones
 
I have been involved in real estate in the area since 1997 and at Duffy’s Realty Station for
the past 5 years. When I began working at Duffy’s vacant land was selling for $2,500 per lot. Today, those same lots are selling at $60,000. I feel very lucky to be a part of the incredible real estate boom that this area has seen over recent years.
     

John Keen
  John Keen joined Duffy's Realty Station in 2002 after living in Costa Rica for 10 years. During his time in Costa Rica, he completed two novels and co-authored
a guide book to Costa Rica. He also worked on a number of real estate transactions during his stay in that Latin American country. Having been part of
a top producing team, John is now working solo, specializing in investment properties both on the water and off in Charlotte, Sarasota, and Desoto Counties. He is fluent in Spanish, and enjoys reading, tennis and water sports during his free time.
       
 

   
       

Jonathan A. Pettit
  Originally from Minnesota Jon has lived in Punta Gorda, St. Petersburg and Ft. Myers .  Jon moved to Englewood 4 years ago and enjoys spending time with
his wife Stephanie and 18 month old son Grant.  When not selling real estate
Jon spends his free time playing baseball, hockey, golf and studying the Civil War.

Originally from Middletown, CT.  I moved to the Port Charlotte area with my lovely wife  back in March 2003. As once part of a top producing team here at Duffy's I have been involved in over 72 million dollars worth of real estate transactions since coming to the area. I currently hold a Broker's License, an ABR designation (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and will in a short time have my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation. I enjoy all faucets of Real Estate and always look forward to  the opportunity to assist buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs.
